Essential dedicated components required for operation
are provided free of charge as part of the standard MAGBED package.

The removable ON/OFF operating bar and MAGBED mounting hardware set (T-bolts, clamps, and nuts) are included as standard.
Large products are also supplied with lifting plates and protective blocks. When additional modules are ordered after purchasing a complete product to expand the machining area, a new module assembly plate is provided free of charge.

    01 When Purchasing the MB Series

    Basic components for creating a stable machining environment

    • Detachable Switch Lever: The lever used to turn the magnetic force ON/OFF can be detached from the MAGBED.
    • MAGBED Mounting Hardware Set: T-bolts, clamps, and nuts are secured to the edges of the module assembly plate to fasten MAGBED to the machine tool.
    • Lifting Plate (Special Configuration for MB55): A lifting plate is provided for safe handling and transporting of MAGBED.

    02 When Purchasing the
    MB Complete Series

    Components supporting large-scale machining

    • Detachable Switch Lever, MAGBED Mounting Hardware Set (T-bolts, clamps, and nuts), and Lifting Plate are provided.
    • Protective blocks: Used to make actual contact with and hold the workpiece. Two (2) spare protective blocks are provided.

    03 When Ordering Additional Modules
    After Purchasing a Complete Product

    Extensive support for smart layout changes available to existing complete product customers

    • If additional modules are ordered to expand the machining area while using an MB Complete Series product, a new module assembly plate is provided free of charge.
    • Note: The free item provided with an additional module order is limited to the module assembly plate. The switch lever, mounting hardware, and other components must be purchased separately.
